Have I mentioned it’s HOT!! Like really Hot!!! Then you add in some good ol humidity. I’ve been so distracted with this weather that I’ve kinda lost track of just how close we are getting to Christmas.

I haven’t put up any real Fall decorations. I did change out a wreath and a basket on my front porch to sunflower ones. When I think of Fall my mind goes to pumpkins , hay, and corn stalks..not sunflowers. I’m planning a Great Pumpkin theme in a flower bed by our driveway. I know that theme is terribly overused but it’s my favorite. My daughter wants to decorate for Halloween and her tastes definitely don’t match mine but she can have at it. I don’t care if we are mismatched. It’s all for fun!

Some of the clubs at school usually participate in trunk or treat and my daughter helps but this year she has her own trunk and wants her own trunk or treat. We’ve been looking at some different themes. Any suggestions or great premade kits you’ve seen?

I actually thought about doing this one myself. Only $15 Then adding real pumpkins and straw in the trunk.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

We had a great prayer breakfast this morning and now I'm at work. Things have picked up again so it's easy to stay busy. That always helps the days to go by faster. Now that my coffee is done brewing, it's time for some pumpkin bread. Another scorcher today with a high of 99F. At least the hurricanes are staying far away.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Good morning Christmas Friends!!!

We made it to the beach by 9 AM and it is absolutely beautiful out here. Nice and warm with a slight breeze. I can’t wait to take a nap later on. We’ll grab an early supper and head home tonight. Just a day trip today.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!
