Good morning Christmas Friends!

We've had very cool mornings the last couple of days here in the south. Been waking up to high 20s and frost everywhere. Today starts a warming trend. Should see the mid-70s this week. 64F today.

Just as @SolidSnake84 said, January is moving along very slowly. This thing has got to pick up or I'm going to become very depressed. I'm ready for Spring.

Michelle and I are off work today, so we'll do some running around and I might even do some baking.

It's back to work day. Oh boy! Question: When quitting time is 4 PM on Friday, how can you get 25 emails after 4:00??? Nothing like starting your week three days behind. OK, maybe it isn't that bad. But I will spend a couple of hours digging out this hole before proceeding with my week.

It should be warm (69F) with thunderstorms today. Nothing severe, thankfully. It looks like we've got a chance of rain for the next 8 days.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

I had to hit the ground running at work yesterday. Several people needed answers and they needed them fast. Well, they got their answers. I don't know if it was fast, but it was accurate. Hopefully, I can leave my firefighters hat on the hook today. LOL.

It stayed warm last night. The low was in the high 50s. We'll get up into the low 70s this afternoon. I hope the sun comes out.

A new pizza joint opened near us and we were very hesitant to try it. But after seeing pictures and a bunch of people we know saying how good it was, we decided to try it. And it was very good. Kind of expensive, but good. But the name gave us justifiable pause. COW PIES PIZZA We died laughing when we first saw the signage. Our first instinct was NO WAY! We've had too much experience with cow pies growing up in rural Indiana. I'm glad we gave them a try.

It’s quite a bit cooler today but lots of sunshine feels great. We have a good chance for Christmas snowflakes to fly next week. It’s time to pay for all this glorious Spring like weather we’ve had in January.
