I swear this fog just will not leave. COLD air is coming and we have a chance to see a White Christmas. That would be nice but right now I need some sunshine in my life.

The fog has lifted! Finally!! It’s super cloudy so no sunshine but just that junk being gone has greatly improved my mood. I’m going to enjoy the decent temperature as much as I can. The cold air is coming just in time for Christmas.

There’s nothing like starting your day spending way more on groceries than you intended to. I got a couple things I need for Christmas baking but still… Folks are struggling and I’m not sure how some are getting by.

Good evening Christmas Friends!

My last post was Friday, December 9th. It's been one heck of a ride since then. Saturday morning I woke up with a pain in my shoulder. 30 minutes later it was about 6 inches lower. I knew right away that I had a blood clot in my lung. We immediately went to the emergency and after many tests, they confirmed what I thought it was. A blood clot in each lung. I spent the next three days in the hospital getting blood thinners and pain meds. I finally made it back home again yesterday and I feel so much better now. Michelle has taken such good care of me through this ordeal, and I thank God for her many times a day.

We went to a Winter Wonderland event last night with the kids. So much fun! And the Christmas lights were fantastic!
