A late night ball game plus waking up during the night and not being able to fall back asleep for over 2 hours means I’m really dragging this morning. I’ve got way too much to do to be lazy. Although a nice nap with sweet Christmas dreams is sounding really good right now.

I saw where Elf and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation are joining A Christmas Story and getting their own 24 hour movie marathons. That’ll be fun!

Some of our family will be out of state working and won’t be home for Thanksgiving. They will be here for Christmas though so that makes my heart happy.

Wow, what a busy morning it was at work. I had to hit the ground running as soon as I walked in the door. But that's OK, those kinds of days are rare.

The weather continues to be perfect. I'm looking forward to some college football this weekend. Georgia has a big rivalry game.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

It's another busy morning at work but it's also another near-perfect day weatherwise. Sunny and a high of 75F.

It's official. For this year only, due to my pending surgery, we will transition from Halloween decorations straight into Christmas decorations on November 5th. I'm starting to get a little excited. I'm still putting out my blowup turkey this Tuesday. That's an easy decoration to swap out for Frosty and Santa on Black Friday.

Good Saturday morning Christmas Friends!

I slept in until 8:00 AM. It feels so good. Right now I'm eating a bowl of Frosted Flakes. But soon we'll be heading to Dublin, GA for a little shopping and to eat lunch at one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Then back home to watch the Georgia/Florida football game. GO DAWGS!!!

Today will be a nice Fall-like day with clouds and a high of 72. Nice! Even when the weather isn't perfect, it's still very nice. Love it!
