Good morning Christmas Friends!

When I left work yesterday it was 93F. This morning walking into work it was 61F. That's a big swing in temperatures for middle Georgia. Only a high of 79 today too. Love it!

Since Rudulph Day falls on Sunday, I'm going to be listening to Christmas music at work today. That will make it a nice, cheerful day.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Good Monday morning Christmas Friends!

I got them full-on Fall vibes going. And I should since it is Fall. I love this time of year.

Today will be the last hot day for quite a while with a high of 87F. Then there's nothing forecasted over 80F for the next two weeks. But we may have to deal with hurricane Ian later this week. Thankfully, it should only be a tropical depression when it gets here. Right now they're saying only an inch of rain. We'll see how that turns out.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

We had a great weekend of football. Even the Razorbacks game and that was hard to watch. We spent yesterday at a friends lodge. No cell phones just a beautiful day outside, eating, playing cornhole and board games. The weather was perfect and the view amazing. We gotta do that more often. I can only imagine how beautiful it must be decorated for Christmas.

I've never seen a football hit the top of the goalpost. Unreal. Arkansas played great in the first and fourth quarters. I wish they would have pulled that one out.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

It was a chilly 55F on my drive to work this morning. Very refreshing. Checked on the path of Ian this morning and it has moved further east away from us. We'll see how that changes over the next couple of days.

I talked with Michelle's mom the other day and she said they're bringing our Christmas presents with them when they visit in a couple of weeks. I told Michelle we should get the Christmas tree put up so we have somewhere to store the presents. Sounded logical to me until she said "OK". What?! But then she said we can't decorate for Halloween and Thanksgiving if we have the tree up. I quickly said, "We'll wait". Darn, I didn't think about that. I definitely don't want to skip any holidays.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Candy Cane Punch

This would be so quick and easy to make and it would look so pretty with the candy canes on the edge of the glasses. I’m sure the kiddos would love it.
