Michelle and I finished cleaning out her pool last night. I put two garden hoses in it afterward and by the time we went to bed, there were about 10 inches of water. I left one of the hoses on all night and now there are about 30+ inches in it. I threw the solar cover on it this morning and will finish filling it up tonight. Let the summer fun begin.
It's a warm morning today at 62F. No jacket was needed for the first (or maybe second) time this year driving to work. It will be a sunny day with a high near 90F.
Only a few more days of school left. Yay!! We’ve been working out the details of our big family vacation this year. With everyone’s crazy schedules it tough to plan. But it’ll all work out. We are finally getting some nice weather. We went from cold and rain to Summer. I wish we had more Spring before the heat sets in. All of the garden is planted and really doing good. With prices going up everyday I’m thankful to have so much.

My heel is hurting this morning. I think I aggravated my plantar fasciitis.
I drove home from work yesterday with the windows open in the car. It was 95F but no humidity. Felt great. I like riding with the windows more than anything. If I had a convertible, I would have the top down constantly.

The humidity hit us like a ton of bricks yesterday. And with the temps in the mid-90s, it was brutal. Unfortunately, we'll have more of the same today. Humidity might be slightly less.
Tomorrow we're going to a festival on the south side of Atlanta (That's pronounced "Allana" in the south ) and hope to stop in a Hobby Lobby up there and see what they've got. Maybe I'll see some Christmas stuff there. Fingers crossed.
