Good morning Christmas Friends!

So... My cold is still trying to kick my butt. I swear I'm going to dehydrate thru my nose. But I've been going to bed early the last few nights trying to get as much rest as I can. Hopefully soon it will leave me.

Michelle was diagnosed with low iron anemia yesterday. They wanted to do a blood transfusion, but she opted for an iron IV treatment instead. We're still waiting to here from the hospital for an appointment.

Other than that, it's just another normal day. Work and then go home and enjoy the evening.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Good morning and Happy October Christmas Friends!

Hey, Hey! It's finally Friday. We made it to the end of the week. Tomorrow Michelle and I are heading to another Fall Festival and then Sunday after church we begin our renovations to the sanctuary. New carpet, new seating, larger platform, and new projectors and screens.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Happy Friday Christmas friends!

I’ve been hunting the grandson a Christmas stocking and I finally found the perfect one for him. Handmade from Etsy..I paid twice as much for his as I did his sisters. But we’re not going to tell them that. I had to buy the other granddaughters new stockings too because they hauled off their elf pant ones and used them for purses. Thankful for kids at Christmas time.

For the last few years we’ve done a Big family Christmas gift. This year will be our Biggest Big gift. I am excited!

I’ve always loved the Macy’s Thanksgiving parade. Seeing Santa at the end was always the kickoff to Christmas for me. But I didn’t watch it last year and have no plans to this year. Things change and people do to. Looking forward to new Christmas traditions.

I miss having kids around at Christmas time. To see the magic in their eyes is just priceless. Hopefully one day soon we'll have grandkids.

I’m in serious need of a long break and a good Christmas movie.
