Good morning everyone!
At my desk, coffee in hand, ready to start the day. (Is it time to go home yet?) Today should be an easy day at work unless someone creates a crisis. Michelle is coming to meet for lunch. Which means going thru a drive-thru and eating in the car. But that's alright. At least we get to see each other during the day.
Have a merry and blessed day!!!

This Friday Georgia will open gyms, fitness centers, nail salons, barbers and hair stylists with restrictions. On Monday, restaurants and theaters will open. Not sure how I feel about that. I can see long term positives and negatives with this reopening. I thought is was funny when they said churches are allowed to hold in-person services under the Phase One guidelines. Which means no more than 10 people and they each must be at least 6 feet apart. Our church of 300+ would have to hold over 30 services to accomplish this.

Michelle just texted me and said it looked like Hobby Lobby was open.
Lights on and cars out front. Hmm...
Well, Georgia is the guinea pig for the feds.
But then again, is that any different than Walmart or Home Depot?
A virus doesn't care what the sign on the building says or if you're an essential business or not.
I think I'll stay home, away from people.

Happy Wednesday Christmas friends!

We are having thunderstorms today. I walked by the kitchen window just as lightening struck not far from the backyard. The whole window lit up and the thunder that followed shook the house. We can use the rain but I’m over these storms. Yesterday was beautiful and we were able to get all the tomatoes and peppers planted. Holding off on some of the rest until it warms up some more.

Now we’re enjoying some hot chocolate from our good Christmas mugs.

Those storms will be here in the morning.
I don't mind the rain. But the storms...
