Good morning Christmas Friends and happy Rudolph Day Eve!

I'm looking forward to a three day weekend at the end of this week as well as moving past another holiday and closer to our favorite time of year.

And did you see that we are only 100 days from the Bers? My favorite four months of the year!

It's gonna be a warm one today and the rest of the week with highs in the mid 90's. Summer is definitely here.

Have a merry and blessed Monday!!!

Good morning Christmas Friends!

Cinnamon rolls are in the oven right now and I'm just about to go make so coffee. I love our Sunday morning routine of having cinnamon rolls. For some reason it reminds me of Thanksgiving and Christmas vacation.

Have a merry and blessed Sunday!!!

I place cinnamon rolls in the shape of a Christmas tree before baking. It adds a little extra fun around the holidays. Our Sunday morning go to breakfast is chocolate gravy and biscuits.

Chocolate gravy?!
What is that? Like, actual chocolate?

Chocolate gravy

In a medium saucepan whisk together
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar

Add 2 cups milk and stir it along just like you would regular gravy. You can add a little vanilla extract if you like it but I usually don’t. Serve it with biscuits and butter. Oh my...it is so good. My momma made it for me and now it’s one of my daughters favorite meals. If you try it let me know what you think.

Marietta, Ohio will have a Christmas in July Parade in downtown Marietta on Saturday, July 17. They organized the event because 2020′s Christmas parade could not take place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is so cool! Christmas in July picks up more steam every year.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

I'm sitting in my office, coffee is percolating, and the Christmas music is playing. I wish I didn't have meetings today so I could just sit and listen while I work.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

Not much going on today. Just work and then church tonight. I will make a stop at Hobby Lobby if I can get there before they close. Hopefully there will be more Fall and Christmas items out on the shelves.

Yesterday I had to get a new battery for my lawn tractor. With the two old batteries I took in to recycle, I walked out with the new battery for $9.99. Not too bad.

It will be another hot one today with plenty of sunshine and a high in the low 90's.

Have a wonderful and blessed Wednesday!!!
