Happy Wednesday Christmas friends!

[Christmas Crazy]

Good morning everyone!

Well, I couldn't hold it off any longer. The house needs a new roof. Although I'm not looking forward to that expense, at least it's in the emergency fund (Thank you Dave Ramsey). But that means things will get tight again until we build it back up. It's always something.

I went to Walmart last night and they had their Christmas trees, a few yard decorations, and very few ornaments out. It's just getting started!

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

The last few days have been cooler, rainy, and foggy. Perfect weather to put me in the mood for Christmas.

Christmas Crazy: been there, done that and yes it is expensive! BUT a leaking roof is much much worse. You have enough Christmas in your heart for your entire family! Praying God surprises you with an unexpected blessing before Christmas!

CandyKane: love your avatar. So glad you're having Fall weather. It would always put me in a mood for Christmas too. Well after all the Mid-wester/Southern Harvest festivals, bake offs, pumpkin patch pickig, deorating..........you know what I mean~

Yesterday it was under 107F! Yay! The forecast has the temps rising again but I keep looking for cooler weather anyway!!

Good morning and merry Thursday!

Busy day at work with the fiscal year winding down. Gotta get those cost savings projects pushed thru for next year.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

@Noel, I sure do hope you get some cooler weather soon.

@CandyKane, are your leaves turning yet?

There are only
2,200 Hours
until Christmas Day!!!

3 months from today is Christmas Eve. What a magical night that is.
Are you looking forward to it?
Do you want it to hurry and arrive or do you want to savor the time until then?

For me, I want savor the the time. I enjoy the Bers way to much to rush thru them.
It's been nice this week with the windows open and the fresh breeze pushing thru the house.

[Noel]

Both! I want to savor every moment of anticipation until it arrives! But then it is over in one day! Until the weather cools it does feel far far away.

What is yoiur preference Christmas Crazy?

Tomorrow morning is my lovely annual image scans. We females get some really fun ones, but then don't we all love a colonoscopy to boot. No food or drink after midnight. It's going to be a long Friday!

Even though I count down the days in eager anticipation, I want time to go slow starting September first. I love Fall and all the activities that come with it. Especially Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Good Friday morning and Happy Rudolph Day #9!!!

We got some rain yesterday. Only 0.2" or .5 cm. Supposed to get a little more today. But tomorrow and Sunday are going to be warm and fantastic. So much so that some friends invited to the lakes to go boating tomorrow. But next weekend is going to be very cool and dry. I think it will be time to light up the fire pit.

It will be a normal work day today then a stop at the vet to pick up Daisy's meds and then meet Michelle at the grocery store to do our monthly shopping.

I hope you all have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Saturday Christmas friends!

[CandyKane]

I’m up way too early enjoying my coffee and the quiet. It won’t be long until the soft glow of Christmas lights brightens my mornings again.

I'm really looking forward to that also.
