2025 Christmas Countdown and Updates (Goal: 2100 Posts)

Last nights storms packed a horrible punch. We spent part of our night in the basement. Thankfully the worst of it missed us but it was pretty scary for awhile. There’s tons of damage and sadly loss of life from these storms. Everything has moved East now. Christmas Crazy I sure hope these storms settle down before they reach y’all. The winds and storms also brought us the dust and smoke from Oklahoma. The air quality is awful today. We’ve gotten some rain and hopefully we’ll get some more to clean things up.

I'm glad you all are OK. The storms will be here around 1:00 AM. Hopefully they'll weaken before they get here.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

The storms came and went without any damage. Just a lot of lightning, wind, and rain. It did make it difficult to get sleep, so I'll have to go to bed earlier tonight. After church, Daisy gets a bath and we finish the laundry. After that maybe we'll get outside. It is supposed to be a beautiful day with sunny skies and a high near 80F.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

I”m up early enjoying my coffee and the quiet. No Christmas lights but I can’t wait for my hummingbirds to be back to keep me company.

It absolutely boggles my brain to see all these people post about how prices are so high and about bad our economy is and about how it’s happened in less than 2 months. And we live amongst these people. Good grief folks. How are those no spend days going for them?? We run our own business, have a farm, and a family to take care of. If I have a no spend day it’s because I’ve really overspent on something and am a little broke til we get paid. It’s not because I’m trying to break this country. Now I’ll climb off my soapbox and continue on with my Merry Monday.

For Christmas my hubby bought me a Keurig k duo coffee maker. I’ve used the k cup side some and it’s nice but the coffee maker itself is great. It makes the best coffee!
