2024 Christmas Countdown and Updates (Goal: 2000 Posts)

[Christmas Crazy]

We had a good weekend of high school football. We also attended a friends retirement party. I had to make a shopping trip to Walmart and I bought a pumpkin roll. My verdict….Walmart pumpkin rolls are just pretty dang good.

I've never had one from there. I may have to splurge.

I have seen so many posts from yesterday about it being 4 months til Christmas. People who aren’t normally Christmas fanatics are really looking forward to it this year. All of us can use some extra Peace and Joy in our lives.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

It will be a hot one today with sunny skies and a high of 96F (feels like 103F). I'm ready for the sweatfest to be over. The Bers will be here in four days and The Bers weather will be here in six days. I wish they could have synced up. That would have been cool! (Get it? Cool. LOL) Anyways, just a normal workday today then we will be going to the funeral home for a visitation. One of our best friends' brother passed away suddenly last Sunday. I only ever met him once, briefly.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Wednesday Christmas friends!

The garden center has mums. If it wasn’t still so stinking hot and I’d have to water them every hour I would have bought some. The forecast says September arrives with a much needed cooldown. Bring on September!
