Happy Tuesday Christmas friends!

The total eclipse was the coolest thing ever. We were so blessed to be able to sit in our own yard and watch it. The weather turned out perfect for viewing. The roosters were crowing and the dogs were barking. And you could hear crickets. Through town the traffic was unreal. I have never seen bumper to bumper traffic in our little corner of the world. GPS was directing people down backroads and streets. Not fun for them but it sure was an experience. I’m glad that school dismissed for it and hubby stayed home to watch it with us.

Wow! I wish I could have been in the path. So happy for you all.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

It's going to be a warm one today at 81F. I was looking at the forecast for next week and every day will be in the mid 80s. I'm not ready for that. Oh well. What can you do? Move to a northern state I guess.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Good morning Christmas Friends!

We got a lot of rain overnight. They were predicting two inches with flooding. It will be interesting to see what we really received. At least there was no severe weather. All of that stayed south down. I hope all is well down there. It will be a windy day with a high in the mid 70s. Tomorrow will be even cooler before the big warm-up.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Thursday Christmas friends!

We got about an inch and a quarter of rain last night. It was much needed for our pastures and it washed some of this pollen away. This morning is cloudy and cool but it’s nice.

The postal service wants to raise prices again. Few people mail traditional Christmas cards. I’m sure they’ll be even less now.
