Good morning, Christmas Friends!

It will be a much cooler day with a high of 66F. I may take advantage of the cool temps and finish the fence after church. Not much else is going on today.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Good evening, Christmas Friends!

It was a gorgeous day with lots of sunshine and a high near 80F. It looks like we'll have more of the same ahead of us. Work is very busy right now, and that will last until the middle of June. I'm already tired of it, and the busy season just started today. It's now time to go order some new jeans. I've lost so much weight now, I've gone down a size or two in the waist.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Good morning, Christmas Friends!

It will be a nice day again with a high of 80F. Today is my last day to work this week. Tomorrow, some friends and I are heading to the races at Road Atlanta for the weekend.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

I got some sad news this morning from my brother. Our parents were awakened by an explosion in their garage this morning. They and the dog got outside immediately and are OK, but they lost their house to the fire. My dad's truck was far enough away from the house that it wasn't damaged. But that's all they were able to save. They will be staying at my brother's house while they get everything sorted out. He lives about 5 miles south of them. He and his wife are empty nesters and have a four-bedroom house with a fully finished basement that has a living room, two more bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. I feel so helpless being 750 miles away. I talked to them this evening, and they are in good spirits. We have a lot of family up there that will help out, and they also have a great church family that loves them and is very generous. I'm hoping to get up there in the next few weeks to see them. I am so thankful they got out safely. Thank you, Lord!

Happy Thursday Christmas friends!
