Good afternoon Christmas Friends!

Dawg nation is happy today. Back-to-back National Championships. And next year is looking really good too. Three-peat? Maybe. The pic below is us getting ready for the start of the game at a friend's in their "Georgia Room". Pentatonix (on screen) sang the national anthem and it was awesome.

It will be a sunny day with a high of 63F. That's really nice for January. I wouldn't mind winter so much if it stayed like this.

The first day back at work was a busy one. But everything is in order and running smoothly for now. Now all I have to do is stay ahead of it all. LOL.

Good Wednesday morning Christmas Friends!

Michelle and I went out to eat at one of our favorite restaurants last night and then just relaxed for the rest of the evening. Not much going on after work today so we'll try to get caught up on some of the shows we like to watch. I think we have two episodes of The Rookie on the DVR.

The rain is coming tomorrow. But today should be nice with a high around 70F.

A late night at a ballgame has me dragging this morning. I’m the bright side on the drive home we did see one house with its Christmas lights still on.

We are having some beautiful Spring like weather. It’s not often in January I can open the windows for fresh air. The forecast says we’ll pay for this the end of the month and February. It is still Winter after all. I always think it’s not right to have cold and snow and not have Christmas.

Good morning everyone!

We have a very warm morning at 63F. Very Spring-like. Wind and rain will be moving in later today. Gusts 30-40 mph.

I don't know what Daisy got into outside, but her tummy is rumbling like crazy. I've never heard it this bad. Yesterday was her 4th birthday. She is the most spoiled, content, and loved dog I've ever seen.

This is the grayest morning you can imagine. We had a thunderstorm roll though last night and with it came the cold front. We’ve got rain coming and the chance to see Christmas snow flurries. The wind is really bad right now. Walking outside I feel like Winnie the Pooh on this very blustery day.

I asked friends for some book recommendations and one of them was Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. This is not something I would typically read but I gotta tell you it’s really good.

I read Richard Paul Evans A Christmas Memory and loved it. No surprise since he’s one of my faves. I’m saving Debbie Macomber’s The Christmas Spirit to read when I need a little extra Christmas cheer.
