Happy Monday Christmas friends!

[CandyKane]

Spring break is over. We had a great one. We got in a little travel, some sightseeing, and some shopping. Dd finally spent her Christmas money. Hubby’s still healing from shoulder surgery so we took it easier than we planned. Now I’m ready for the next 8 weeks to fly by so we can enjoy summer break.

Our big news..Years of scrimping and saving paid off as we just acquired a new (to us) home. It is the absolute perfect farmhouse. And I have an overwhelming desire to break out the Christmas decorations. Seriously I don’t even care about the furniture.

WOW! Congratulations CK!!! How exciting!
Oh, but now comes all the work.

And the work never ends. Tis the season for yard work, gardening, and landscaping. Hubby wants to sell our current house but that’s a big no for me. He could seriously go through the proceeds in a year or less. Trust me, I’ve seen him do it. And in the current state of the world who knows what’s gonna lie ahead. Did you see the big blowup over Satan shoes this weekend? Satan shoes?!? People have lost their minds!

[CandyKane]

Not Christmas but I like it and I thought I’d share.

We had a landscaper come out and give an estimate on a few things today. Before he left he said ‘you know my company puts up and takes down Christmas lights right?’ I’m like don’t worry I’ll be calling you because you are my new best friend.

Impatiently waiting for the Razorbacks to play. A win tonight would be a very nice early, early, early Christmas gift. A girl can dream....

Happy Tuesday Christmas friends!

Good morning friends!

I got some good sleep last night. Not as much as the night before. But enough to get my required rest. I did wake up a few times before my alarm went off. Once was when a rocket ship took off but then crash near my house. I went right back to sleep only to get covered in ash from the exploding rocket. *My dreams*

Michelle is on Spring Break this week so she's coming to take me out for lunch today. I think we'll go to the Mexican restaurant.

Have a merry and blessed Tuesday!!!

Tough break for the Razorbacks. But Baylor is really good this year.

Yes. The Satan shoes are ridiculous.

I didn’t get my early, early, early Christmas gift but I still love the Hogs! It was great to see them go as far as they did. That Baylor/UConn women’s game should have been a National Championship game.
