Good morning Christmas Friends!
I've been wearing a heart monitor for the past 25 days, trying to capture whatever is going on with my heart. Every few months, I experience an "episode" where my heart starts racing unexpectedly, even when I'm at rest. My cardiologist told me he couldn't diagnose the issue unless he caught it in real time. Since I hadn’t had any episodes this month, I was about to call and ask if I could extend the monitoring for another 30 days. But just minutes before making the call, I had an episode right after lunch. My Apple Watch detected AFib, and it lasted for two hours before my heart returned to a normal rhythm. Hopefully, the monitor recorded enough data for a diagnosis. It’s an unsettling experience when it happens.
Now for some good news.
We are forecasted to have a high temperature of 80F/27C today! I've got short sleeves on.
Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!
