Good evening, Christmas Friends!

I slept in until 8:00 AM today, giving me a total of 10 hours of sleep. It felt so good. We went to Waffle House for breakfast, then to Walmart for groceries. Afterwards, I continued working on the garage, getting it cleaned out. I ended up with a pinched nerve in my neck. Hopefully, a good night's rest will relieve it. My son called this afternoon and said they're forecasting up to 18 inches of snow through tomorrow. He's kind of excited. I would be too. I hope you had a great Saturday!

Have a blessed night!

7 inches of snow yesterday. Hard sleet and snow all night. It’s still coming down this morning. I haven’t even ventured out yet to see how much we got.

[CandyKane]

Everything is shut down right now. I saw posts from two stores saying they are trying to open but their employees were having a hard time getting in. It’s bad out there!

[CandyKane]

We made it to feed yesterday. The main road was being worked on but our road hadn’t even been touched. We made it fine in the snow. But the sleet has added a whole new problem.

My daughter chose to stay at college with her friends. It’s the first weekend she hasn’t come home. I’m glad she stayed. They were able to go sledding yesterday.

Everytime i get dressed to go outside i feel just like little Randy on A Christmas Story…I cant put my arms down.

Looks like the snow and sleet is over

[CandyKane]

Now we just have to deal with the actual below zero temperatures. This snow is gonna be around for awhile
