We took a short drive to look at some Christmas lights tonight.

‘Merv’ is on Amazon Prime. It sounds good so I’ve added it to my Christmas must watch list.

I just finished reading Noelle by Greg Kincaid. It’s the continuing story of the McCray family from A Dog Named Christmas. I really liked it.

A Dog Named Christmas is one of my all time favorite Christmas movies.

I’m trying to decide what Christmas book I wanna read next.

Don’t forget a Charlie Brown Christmas is free to watch on Apple TV this weekend. I sure wish it came on tv complete with commercials just like it used to.

There’s an awful lot of people trying to convince us things are just terrible this Christmas. I have no idea where they are finding that. Stores and restaurants are super busy here. There are tons of Christmas activities including lots of free ones for kids and families to enjoy. Maybe people are putting stuff on their credit cards. If so then that’s silly. You literally have an entire year to save, buy, or even make gifts. I’m thankful for the joy we have this Christmas.

I don’t keep up with a lot of Sports news. But Michigan sure has a mess up there. And this comes from a Razorback fan who was here for the Bobby Petrino years. And a lot of folks wish they’d have made him the coach again. That’s how bad we are.

The church youth are working on a float for the Christmas parade. We took them some decorations and stayed for sandwiches and snacks. I always love our small town parade.

Word on the street is there will be lots of hot chocolate and even wassail at the Christmas Parade. I haven’t had any wassail yet this season.

There’s a Christmas craft fair tomorrow that I had completely forgotten about. My daughter reminded me because she wants to go.

[CandyKane]

I’m starting a new Christmas book tonight. ‘It’s a Wonderful Dog’ by Keri Salas.

I’m giving my daughter one of her Christmas gifts tomorrow. It’s a jewelry advent calendar. Hopefully she won’t get sneaky and will just open one a day.

Happy Saturday Christmas friends!
