We're already two days into December. Fall is flying by at lightning speed, although I consider December winter. But still... WHOOSH!

Good morning, Christmas Friends!

Today marks my 24th year at my current job. When we moved to Georgia from Indiana, I thought we would be here for less than two years before I got another job back in the Hoosier state. But once we got some roots down here, we didn't want to go back. Georgia is a much better place to live, and the only thing it lacks is our family. I wish they all had moved down here with us. But that's OK. We still go back and see them often.

We will have a partly cloudy day with a high of 54F. It is currently 40F. Brrr.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Happy Wednesday Christmas friends!

We got more light sleet overnight. We are supposed to see some sunshine this afternoon. That’ll warm things up a little but it sure is cold this morning.

I got our Christmas cards finished this morning and they are literally chillin’ out there in the mailbox waiting to be picked up.

My friends young granddaughter made us a ‘popper’ and said we had to wait til New Year’s Eve to ‘pop’ it to get the surprises inside. That’s a mighty long time to wait

I’ve been getting packages delivered today of Christmas stuff that I forgot I bought. Some responsible person really needs to take my debit card away from me until February. I can’t say January because they’ll be those awesome after Christmas sales.

I was at Walmart tonight and forgot to pick up printing labels. My Christmas cards may never see the mailbox if I don't straighten up. Maybe tomorrow... if I don't forget.

Happy Thursday Christmas friends!

It’s snowing this morning. It’s not supposed to amount to anything. It’s just pretty!

With today’s yucky weather we decided to take the day off and go visit our daughter after her classes. We ate a nice lunch together then did some Christmas shopping.

We came home tonight to ground that was white from a nice dusting of snow. And the moon is absolutely gorgeous!

Our granddaughter has a big part in a Christmas play this weekend. We are really looking forward to watching it.

If my math skills are correct we need about 23 posts a day to reach our goal of 2100. I do love a good Christmas challenge.
