Good morning Christmas Friends!

I was just looking at my work calendar and it is blank for today. No meetings, no training, no nothing. I might be able to get some things done today.

Tonight Michelle and I and another couple are going to a Christmas concert with Big Daddy Weave and Newsong performing. I'm sure it will be a great night of worship.

It is a cool start to the day this morning in the mid 30's. Had a little frost on top of the car. Should see sunshine and a high near 60F.

Hello Christmas Crazy & CandyKane! Sure miss you two Christmas lovers!

Last night I finally finished putting batteries in the wreaths, garlands, fairy lights, candles, etc all through the house. By 7:30pm it fairly glowed with Christmas cheer. I lit my Christmas Birch Tree candles and the house smelled like my favorite thing: Christmas in the forest or on the farm! I am now firmly in the joyful Christmas spirit!! Tonight we will just enjoy all the blessings!

My Christmas to-do list still remains a bit long with cooking, baking, wrapping, etc. but those are Holy Jolly Christmas tasks!

Christmas Crazy: so glad you have a 'free' day! The concert tonight sounds wonderful -- enjoy!!

We had a wonderful time at the Christmas concert last night. NewSong played a snippet from the movie and then played their song The Christmas Shoes and made everybody cry. It was a great time of rejoicing overall.

I'm only working a half day today. I will try to get a bunch of the housework done before Michelle gets home from work so we can just enjoy the weekend.

I hope you stayed safe from the storms last night @CandyKane. I see where the death toll is supposed to rise significantly today. So sad.

Not much going on today. Just gonna hang around the house and try to do some small projects. Only one more week of work until I’m off the rest of the year. Looking forward to the downtime.
