Good morning Christmas Friends!

The sun came up early and I got up early. I already miss DST. I talked with my state representative on Friday and he said that Georgia passed the bill that would put us on DST permanently, but the federal government had to approve it. He doesn't know when they will even look at it to make a decision. Right now we only have permission to skip DST. Which hardly nobody wants to do. We like brighter evenings.

We have church this morning then some laundry this afternoon. Maybe we'll watch a Christmas movie too.

The weather is very cool. I had to finally turn on the heat yesterday. 63F in the house was a bit too much. Today will be nice with a high around 70F.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

Unfortunately we don’t get to skip time change here so I’m up way too early enjoying my coffee and the quiet. I need my Christmas lights to cheer up these long mornings and early dark nights.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

Michelle and I watched The Polar Express and a Hallmark Christmas movie yesterday. It was a nice relaxing day in between loads of laundry.

It's a cold morning for middle Georgia today. 38F. But this afternoon we'll be in the 70's with plenty of sun.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

That's the one good thing about it getting dark early. Seeing Christmas lights.

Enjoying my first glass of Christmas eggnog. Southern Comfort (non-alcoholic) is delicious! I’m gonna stock up.

My new favorite meme says ‘this generation will never understand what that JCPenney Christmas catalog meant to us 25 years ago’. Truth!
