Good morning Christmas Friends!

We had a great time at the beach yesterday. There were a lot of people there, but not overly crowded. We grabbed a slice of pizza and some wings before driving home. Today, we have church and then I have a car show meeting this afternoon. A piece of side molding is coming off my car, so I will need to fix that also sometime today. It will be sunny with a high of 97F. Blah!

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Good morning Christmas Friends!

The Bers are just about here. The best four months of the year if you ask me. As soon as we get some cooler weather, it will feel more like the Bers. But that may not happen here until October. We'll have a warm day with a high of 94F and storms possible. I'm hearing that we may get some bad ones this week. Wednesday's high is forecasted at only 78F with rain/storms all day as Hurricane Idalia will be coming near us.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

Yesterday we enjoyed a nice breakfast with son and family before he headed back out of state for work. Hoping he’ll get time off for Thanksgiving but if not he should be back for Christmas.

The last 2 weekends we’ve attended fundraising events. I bought a cute ornament last week and this week I won a $100 grocery gift card from a drawing. I thought I’d save it for Thanksgiving shopping. Merry early Christmas to me.

Have I mentioned the weather today? It’s 83 degrees and it feels amazing. We have had constant excessive heat warnings so this is such a drastic change. I am loving it! Christmas Crazy sure hope y’all aren’t in the path of this hurricane.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

Well, here she comes. Idalia will be affecting most of the Southeast in the next few days. Today we'll start to see some scattered rain and the wind will pick up more and more as the day progresses. Grocery stores in Florida and South Georgia have already had a run on them. A friend of mine who lives in Orlando said the shelves were bare. Depending on weather patterns at the end of the week, Idalia may hit the US twice. We'll see. After work today we're heading to the grocery to get our monthly big haul. The pantry is starting to get a little bare.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!
