Merry Frosty Friday Christmas!!!

"I suppose it all started with the snow. You see, it was a very special kind of snow. A snow to make the happy happier, and the giddy even giddier..."

Spoken by the narrator Jimmy Durante in the classic Frosty the Snowman

It’s been a very rainy and stormy day. Our plans for today have been rained out but some things are still on for tonight if the rain clears out. We shall see…

Good morning, Christmas Friends!

It's going to be another hot, muggy day with a high of 93F. We're going out to lunch with some friends after church, then maybe a trip over to the At Home store to see if they have any Bers-related items out on the shelves yet. Other than that, not much else is going on.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Happy Tuesday Christmas friends!

[CandyKane]

I stopped by a friends today and she was getting some things ready for a yard sale. She told me she had some dishes I needed and I said no ma’am that is one thing I don’t need. Well I looked at them anyway. She had a box of antique plates and bowls with wheat patterns….really nice stuff. She said that she was thinning her collection. I got the whole box for $5 and she threw in a FireKing wheat pattern platter. I told her she didn’t know what she had but she was good with the price. These will definitely have to have a place at our Thanksgiving table. But for now I have to somehow find a place for them in my China cabinet.
