Happy Thursday Christmas friends!

Today’s mail brought a Montgomery Ward catalog. I couldn’t tell you when we got the last one from them. Of course when I saw it it brought back memories of the big Christmas catalogs of years ago. Oh how I’d love to open my mailbox and find a big ol Wishbook in there.

I miss getting catalogs. Sears was the best.

Good morning, Christmas Friends!

We had a nice time at the beach yesterday. Decided to leave around 2:00 PM for a late lunch and a trip to TJ Maxx for Michelle. We stopped by HL for me. Lots of new Christmas items were out. When we got back into town, I stopped at Baskin-Robbins and picked up a quart of Gold Medal Ribbon for Michelle (her favorite ice cream). Nothing for me, I'm expanding too quickly at the waistline. We have church this morning with a luncheon afterwards. Then we'll come home, and I'll get started on prepping the back door and trim for painting.

Have a wonderful and blessed Sunday!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

We had a busy weekend getting our girl moved into her dorm. The college made the check in and unloading super easy so we helped her for a while then left her to get settled and I’m sure rearrange everything we did. She’s close enough to come home weekends and her days off but far enough to be independent.

What a wonderful time in her life. Sometimes I wish I could go back and do it again.
