We've had a rainy afternoon with a few rumbles of thunder. No freezing rain or sleet for us, thank goodness.

Everytime i get dressed to go outside i feel just like little Randy on A Christmas Story…I cant put my arms down.

Now we just have to deal with the actual below zero temperatures. This snow is gonna be around for awhile

Stay safe and warm.

Good morning, Christmas Friends!

We got a little over an inch of rain yesterday. Right now it's 38F, so the roads should be fine. A lot of schools around us (mostly north) have closed for the day. They were worried about black ice. Tonight our lows will drop into the teens. Past all that, it should be a normal Monday.

Have a wonderful and blessed day!!!

Happy Monday Christmas friends!

-5 degrees this morning. Last night was supposed to be the worst temperature wise. The sun is trying to shine this morning. It ain’t snowing so that’s a good thing.

The folks in Mississippi got the worst of this storm with the freezing rain. The ice buildup is crazy.

We’re at 30 degrees and headed to a high above freezing. And I’m just a little excited about that!

Seeing the ice pics and videos from Tennessee makes me feel lucky. As bad as it is it could have been so much worse for us.
