Happy Wednesday Christmas friends!

[CandyKane]

We started our day below zero. We’re at 15 degrees right now and we should hit the freezing mark about noon. Bring on the thaw!

I ordered a handmade blanket ladder several months ago and I got the message it was ready 2 days before Christmas. When I took the Christmas tree down the spot was just so bare I decided to put my blanket ladder there. I put 3 really colorful family heirloom quilts on it and I just love it. Sis told me it keeps my Christmas tree spot from looking sad.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

I'm headed to the prayer breakfast in a few minutes. I'm also giving a design presentation to the execs and managers at work this morning. Hopefully, that will go well. Fingers crossed. Today will be rainy in the morning and windy in the afternoon with a high around 50F.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!

Happy Friday Christmas friends!

[CandyKane]

After a nice 40 degree day yesterday we are back in the freezer this morning. The wind howled all night and we have a wind chill warning now. We are supposed to get freezing rain Sunday and Monday but it’s supposed to be nice again after that. I must have missed the forecast for snow today because it’s been flurrying off and on like crazy. We still have a lot of snow on the ground and ice patches on the roads. I’d be okay with not seeing another snowflake until Christmas.

Good morning Christmas Friends!

It's a chilly 18F this morning. But, it will be sunny with a high of 45F and the warm-up starts tomorrow. After church, we are going to Panera for lunch with our son. Then back home to finish laundry and clean those bathrooms I didn't get to yesterday.

Have a merry and blessed day!!!
